Romain Gauthier - Insight Micro-Rotor

Romain Gauthier's newest piece is automatic and puts the eponymous micro rotor on display from both sides, using bridges to hold it up for all to see - and there's quite a lot to see here for a time-only piece. I also like how Romain Gauthier can bling up their watches without detracting from the fact they're mechanical marvels, though personally I love the smooth and sensuous shape of their cases just on their own.

Audemars Piguet - Royal Oak Automatic 15400 (part 2)

I can't get enough of this watch. I was hoping to own one by now, but in the last three years the price has increased faster than I can save money.
