Vianney Halter - Classic

I think that "Classic" is definitely the right name for this watch. There is nothing wildly new or different about it, but the overall result makes me feel like I'm looking at a miniaturised clock for the first time in my life. I guess it's most distinguishing aspect is the vaguely steampunk porthole styling. Truly gorgeous.

Vianney Halter - Classic Janvier Lune et Soleil (Part 2)

Here are some front and back views of this gorgeous watch - at least pictures can let you take in both sides at once. I also updated the original post with better pictures, thanks to Vianney Halter's team.

Vianney Halter - Antiqua

Seriously, who doesn't have a soft spot for Vianney Halter's Antiqua? I think it's one of the most uniquely gorgeous watches ever made. This is another watch I definitely want to get off my hard drive and onto my wrist!

Vianney Halter - Deep Space Tourbillon

I shouldn't like this watch but I do. Very much. It could have turned out to be a pretentious attempt to look space-age, but instead it's more like a celebration of the tourbillon.

Vianney Halter - Classic Janvier Lune et Soleil

This is another gorgeous watch that's very high on my fantasy list; where I guess it will stay, given that only 12 were made. I love watches that are captivating from both the front and the back, and reflect the great traditions of horology.
