A. Lange & Söhne - Richard Lange Perpetual Calendar 'Terraluna'

It's good to see A. Lange & Söhne exploiting the fact that their watches are captivatingly beautiful from both sides.


















The moon phase - going from new moon through waxing and full to waning - as the whole celestial disc rotates around the earth disc in just over 29.5 days for the lunar cycle.





The balance represents the sun, showing which side of the 24 hour revolving earth disc is in daylight.
