Most desirable watches are a treat to the sight and the
touch. They feel nice to hold and are captivating to behold. Occasionally a new
leather band might also engage the sense of smell. Then there are those that
take it to sensory overload by appealing to the sense of hearing on top of
everything else. A. Lange & Söhne are venturing further into this territory
with the already incredibly covetable Zeitwerk now gaining a minute repeater. I
love the way the gongs have been worked into the unique shape of the Zeitwerk
and are proudly displayed dial-side. And as with all Lange watches, it is just
as mesmerizing from the back.
