Piaget did well to find something to actually decorate on an ultra-thin skeletonized watch, without overdoing it.

Piaget - Altiplano Automatic Skeleton
As much as I love to see what makes a watch tick, I find that many skeleton watches look rather messy. But Piaget has managed to get the skeletonised Altiplano looking quite neat.
